Candidates are often treated like a commodity during the hiring process, but not here. At Verve, we believe candidates are the heart of recruitment so we treat them as such. We go out of our way to ensure they feel comfortable and confident through the entire process.
What does this mean for you? It means you can rest assured that the candidates you are selecting from have been vetted with the utmost respect. We believe in giving candidates the full scoop on a company and encouraging them to carefully consider a position (the perks and the challenges) before applying for a role to ensure it aligns with their future goals.
Taking this extra time gives candidates the opportunity to acquire employment that is fulfilling which often leads to longer tenure -- a win win for everyone.

At Verve we are actively connecting with candidates daily but we don’t stop there. After learning about your specific needs we will take to the marketplace and actively approach candidates that could be a great fit for your organization. This allows you to see all that the market has to offer.
Quality Over Quantity and Speed.
Why would you choose a candidate that was not the best fit for your company because they submitted their resume the fastest? We understand the urgency behind hiring and we will treat your search as such. But the reality is we are often working with employed candidates and the interview and hiring process can take some time. Don’t rush the process when you find the right fit. In two years when you have been overjoyed with your new hires performance that extra few days will be a distant memory.
We are not a resume service. You can expect to see about 3-5 candidates for you to select from. But don’t get us wrong, that is not how many we have looked through. On average we review 300-500 profiles for each opportunity we are working on. But don’t forget you have hired us to make this process EASIER for you! Why would you want to see the 6th choice? We have taken the legwork on so you can choose from the best of the best.

We don’t just want to be your hiring partner for a one-off placement. We want to have a partnership for all of your hiring needs. And we get it, sometimes our services are not required.
