Kim Wilkinson is a 4 time TopRecruiter award recipient. She started her career in recruitment in 2013. Quickly growing into leadership and leading large teams, Kim made the decision to branch out on her own in the summer of 2019. And Verve was born! The candidate experience is something very important to Kim which is why she leads the business through them entirely. She understands what a big decision changing jobs is. Eliza has over 17 years of experience in the legal industry. After working as legal assistant, Eliza moved into the human resources space at a high-profile legal firm. Eliza has in-depth knowledge of the legal industry in all areas of law and an extensive understanding of each role and what makes a firm tick, from administration to associate. Eliza is determined to help her candidates find their next great role and partner with clients to bring amazing talent to their teams. Martina joins the team with over 8 years of experience in head hunting talent across many different fields from executive search to marketing and the digital/tech space. She is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships with each of her clients. Her enthusiasm for recruitment started when she grew a strong and reputable Executive Headhunting team at one of Canada’s top executive leadership forums. She is meticulous at active listening and getting to understand an individual for who they really are deep down; far beyond what’s written on their resume, so that she can ultimately place each candidate into an environment their personality and skill set can thrive in.

Most recently, Adele excelled in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of tech startups, where she played a pivotal role in recruitment efforts across the company.
